Joseph S. Haas
President and CEO
Joseph Haas was named president of Holden Industries in 2004, having previously served as Corporate Controller, Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice-President of Operation, and Chief Operating Officer of the Company’s predecessor.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Drexel University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Illinois CPA Society and the Financial Executives Institute.
Gregory Hamilton
Chief Financial Officer
Gregory Hamilton joined Holden’s Corporate Office in June 2006 and is the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Holden Industries, he was the Executive Vice President for a $500 million division of a global specialty steel manufacturer where he spent 21-years in various executive level positions in accounting, finance, administration, and marketing.
Greg holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from Fairleigh Dickenson University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bloomsburg State University.
Arthur R. Miller
Executive Vice President and General Counsel
Arthur Miller became Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Holden Industries in November 2007. Art previously represented the Company and related entities owned and controlled by the family of D.H. Carroll for 24 years (1974-1998). In 1998, he served as Executive Vice President-Development and General Counsel of Katy Industries, Inc. (NYSE), a related entity before returning to represent the Company’s predecessor as a consultant in 2002.
Art holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan and is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois.
