Vac•Con® Begins Phase 2 of Expansion Project

Vac-Con began phase 2 of its facility expansion the week of May 13th, 2019. The expansion is a part of a $10M project, which will eventually result in a new, state-of-the-art office building and paint shop.

Recent construction included a new awning where inventoried parts will be stored. With the completion of this section, workers will begin extending the interior office space of the existing production structure, which will allow for the current office building to be removed.

“We are excited to see movement on our facility expansion yet again,” said Todd Masley, Executive Vice President. “The completion of the production facility in 2016 was just the beginning of our planned outcome. Our continued expansion will provide us with a much needed modernized office space as well as round out our production space needs.”

These projects will provide the employee-owners of Vac-Con with a modernized and updated workspace as well as ensure a more efficient production space to build our machines.
