In a celebratory moment for Nosco, Vice President of Quality, Dick Leach, recently presented the 2023 Quality Performance Plant of the Year Award to Nosco's Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin FlexPack team. The announcement, made in late February, recognized the team's outstanding performance in thirteen quality system-related categories.
The Pleasant Prairie, WI FlexPack team claimed the top spot. Not far behind, the Lockport, NY site, winners of consecutive awards in 2021 and 2022, secured second place. The Carrollton, TX site rounded out the top three facilities. Only five points separated the three leading sites!
As proud recipients of the award, the Pleasant Prairie, WI FlexPack team will have their name and the year displayed on the traveling trophy throughout the upcoming year. Additionally, each member of the winning team received a special recognition pin to commemorate their collective achievement, along with some exclusive swag to mark the occasion.
