Incorporated in Delaware in 2003, Holden Industries started as a spin-off from its parent company, and in 2004, the stock of four subsidiaries was transferred to Holden.
On December 27, 2007, the newly formed Employee Stock Ownership Plan of Holden Industries acquired 100% of the Holden Industries stock. This put the ownership and control of the company's future in the hands of Holden's managers and employees. The employee-owned Holden Industries began its journey with approximately 900 employees and nine domestic locations.
Since 2007, Holden has completed 14 acquisitions (both equity and asset purchases), 4 diverstitures and 6 greenfield investments (4 of which are international). We have facilities in 11 states (NJ, IL, PA, FL, GA, KY, NY, NH, WI, MI, AZ) and 3 foreign countries.
