As announced earlier this year, Nosco’s flexible packaging operation is running live production orders in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. Looking to the future, we are excited to share that our teams are working towards ASI Food Safety Certification for the facility's FlexPack manufacturing area.
To achieve this strategic goal by December 31, 2023, we will implement the Nosco Corporate Food Safety Program guidelines that are currently followed at our Bridgeview, Illinois facility. This ASI-certified facility received a 2022 audit score of 98% and an audit rating of superior – making it an excellent benchmark facility. Nosco's FlexPack manufacturing program will integrate the same harmonized systems used at the Bridgeview facility. These systems include: HACCP, food defense, cleaning and sanitation, and employee training modules.
