Nosco to Move FlexPack Operation from Carrollton, Texas to Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin

This year has been an exciting time for the entire crew at Nosco! We continue to see increased demand in packaging needs across all market segments and product lines. This growth serves as the primary reason for Nosco’s continuous investment in its people, assets and automation efforts.

In line with the growth initiatives of our FlexPack product line, we have made the strategic decision to relocate our Texas-based digital FlexPack operation to our newly expanded Packaging Innovation Center (PIC) in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. This move will enable us to better serve our customers’ growing packaging needs!

As we welcome FlexPack to the PIC, we are pleased to announce we will be increasing our staffing to support this growing product line. We are adding dedicated team members to our Solutions Engineering, Operations and Quality groups to promote cross-functional support for the relaunch of FlexPack in Wisconsin. The operation will be housed in Nosco’s new 98,000 square foot expansion. The additional space aligns with our overall growth plan and will allow for new FlexPack capabilities in the future.

The official FlexPack move began September 12 when we shut down the HP Indigo 20,000 press. We will begin printing again at the PIC on October 10 and should be shipping product from Pleasant Prairie by October 21.

As we work together, we know our customers will see the benefits of this move.
