The Results are in for Wildeck’s 7th Annual Toys for Tots Fundraiser
Wildeck set a new company record for donations to the Marine Toys for Tots foundation over the holidays.
Wildeck employee-owners hosted a toy drive (through Marine Toys for Tots) for the 7th consecutive year, which ran from November 5th to December 6th. Participation among Wildeck employee-owners in the 2021 charity was remarkedly high compared to previous years. Wildeck’s contributions totaled over one-thousand dollars’ worth of toys – which resulted in enough items to completely fill (4) large donation boxes supplied by the program. This marked the first time in the company’s history for completing (4) boxes and shattered the company’s previous record for total dollar value of donations. In the second half of December, local representatives from the United States Marine Corps (USMC) arrived at Wildeck’s Waukesha HQ to collect the toy donations. These toy donations were distributed to the less fortunate children in the local community around Christmas 2021.
About the Marines Toys for Tots Foundation
The mission of the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation is to assist the U. S. Marine Corps in providing a tangible sign of hope to economically disadvantaged children at Christmas. Since its beginning in 1991, the foundation has raised and distributed over 604 million new unwrapped toys to over 272 million children.
