The Vac-Con ONETOUCHSERVICE™ team is renowned in the industry as providing the best customer service and support to Vac-Con operators. The team, based out of the manufacturing facilities in Green Cove Springs, Florida, travels across the globe each year assisting both dealers and end-users with service requests and unit operation trainings.
“The employee-owners of Vac-Con realize that our job doesn’t end once a unit leaves the facility for delivery to the customer,” said Joe Morissette, National Service Manager. “We are committed to supporting our customers from the day they decide they want a Vac-Con to the day that their unit is no longer a part of the fleet, if that day ever comes. This year alone, the team has traveled more than 60,000 miles which includes several international locations. SABESP, the water and waste management company of Sao Paulo, Brazil, was one of these many stops for the first half of 2019, and included operation and maintenance training of their new Vac-Con combination machines.
