March 2024 Updates on Wildeck's New Office HQ (Waukesha, WI)

Wildeck continues to make significant progress on its new office headquarters located at 1900 E. North Street in Waukesha, WI. See below for the latest updates and images on its construction milestones.

Latest Milestones (through March 2024)

• Masonry work is complete, with all exterior bricks now in place (the exterior windows are next, scheduled for completion next week). Metal siding will soon be completed as well.
• Over the next two weeks, concrete work, including sidewalks and entrance stairs, will be finished.
• Interior progress continues with structural steel painting recently completed and drywall installation in progress, nearing completion.
• Acoustical spray in the interior was recently completed.
• HVAC progress is on track, with ductwork complete and HVAC units finishing installation.

Wildeck’s new campus at 1900 E. North Street is more than three times the size of its previous Waukesha facility and spans over 21.97 acres. VJS Construction Services out of Pewaukee, Wisconsin is heading the construction. The anticipated completion date of the new building is August – September 2023.
