Vac-Con Hosts Annual Dealer Summit
Each year, Vac-Con hosts a Dealer Summit where representatives from 34+ dealerships located around the world meet in St. Augustine, Florida for a week of educational workshops, product demonstrations, and the Vac-Con Awards gala.
After 3 years, this was the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic that all dealers were able to be together under one roof. In addition, there were more than 30 individuals in attendance that had never been to a Vac-Con Dealer Summit before, which only added to the excitement and engagement throughout the week.
Workshops included a company overview from President Todd Masley, a keynote from Mark Hunter, The Sales Hunter, and a presentation on the Vac-Con Strategy hosted by leaders from Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
The last day of the program brought attendees to the Vac-Con facility where department leads and category experts facilitated full plant tours. The second event of the day was the ‘Product Rodeo’ hosted at the Clay County Fairgrounds. This venue allowed for multiple units to be placed in the rodeo arena for the day with product walk arounds hosted by the Vac-Con Regional Sales Managers.
The week was capped off with the 2021 Vac-Con Awards Gala, where dealer representatives were recognized for their sales, administration, and service efforts in the 2021 fiscal year.
Overall, the 2022 Vac-Con Dealer Summit was a success. Dealers felt motivated and excited about the Vac-Con brand, creating a driving momentum going into the new year.
