Vac-Con Hosts Holden Leadership Academy
During the week of May 9th, Vac-Con was proud to host the Holden Leadership Academy at their facility in Green Cove Springs, Florida. The Holden Leadership Academy is an internal program that provides training and development for high-potential employees at all subsidiaries. Classes are held at various facilities across the U.S. Vac-Con had not hosted a class since COVID changed gathering and traveling regulations.
“It was refreshing and energizing to be able to host our corporate team and sister companies again,” said Todd Masley, President of Vac-Con. “The pandemic changed the way that we operated, trained, and collaborated for several years. Being able to gather with our sister companies and network in person brings normalcy back to the operation.”
The Holden Leadership Academy classes held at Vac-Con focused on shareholder value and finance with support from the Holden executive team as well as a program facilitated by the American Management Association.
